Basic Appearance: Wilbur is a fairly tall and skinny kid. He has pale skin with midnight black hair that is kind of swirly. His eyes are a honey brown. His shirt is a navy blue with a lightning bolt logo on it, a brown belt and jeans. His shoes are tennis shoes.

Personality: (include, after discovering their powers,finding a place for kids people like them to belong) ilbur is extremely overconfident and cocky. The boy always seems to jump into things without thinking but always seems to have a plan for everything. So he is a quick-thinker. This teenager does not understand the word patience so this causes him to rush into situations without thinking. Overall, the boy is a nice guy but is not afraid to protect his friends.
However, due to discovering his new powers Wilbur, has become a bit shyer and uncomfortable. He tries to avoid people at all cost. He is a bit more insecure. Although his cockiness remains he often uses this to cover up his mistakes or hide his pain.

History: Wilbur was just a normal boy in a large family, however he always wondered what made him special. It was after a long day the 14 year old boy discovered that he was different. When magical things started to happen around him, his aunt Billie and uncle Gaston knew that he was something else entirely. Of course they kept him in the dark about the whole thing.
He went on living his life as though nothing was wrong, when things started to appear or when he made things happen like stopping time or being able to levitate off the ground, the boy no longer needed a reason to not feel bad about himself.
That was until the incident....during dinner. The family was having their usual goof ball discussions ones in which Wilbur could not focus on. He let his mind wander a bit trying to figure out something to do, or make something magical happen.
Of course, he made a mistake of wanting that. With one blink of an eye, flick of the wrist a dinosaur crashed through the window causing havoc. The family freaked and tried to fight off the dino.
His great aunt Billie pulled him aside and told him the truth. He had inherite a line of magical abilities from her side of the family. Although no one is sure how. She told him to try to send the dino back.
Focusing his thoughts and might on it, it had happened. The family was unsure what to make of the boy's new found powers. His mom however was not pleased by the idea. Despite his pleas and trying to reason with her. She wanted nothing to do with him.
That night Wilbur sat in the corner of his room, when his aunt Billie and Uncle Gaston came in to talk to him. They told him that his mom did care about him, she was just scared.
Aunt Billie then mentioned of a place called Rain Haven, where there was a school that could teach Wilbur to control his magic. Not wanting to put his family in danger, he agreed to it.
Soon he found himself at the place called Rain Haven and vowed to learn to control his powers.

Wilbur looked back at his relatives who were waving him goodbye. He wasn't sure what else he could do. His powers were dangerous enough he didn't need to put anyone else in danger.
"Aunt Billie said that Rain Haven would be a good place to start..." he muttered and gave his family a small wave before boarding the train.
As usual things now looked different, magic was all around them, and of course, people looked different. "Maybe it won't be so bad...." he told himself with a smile. "After all, its like a new adventure..."
