Basic Appearance: His fur is ragged giving him a ratty(no pun intended) look. He is dressed in brown monk robes and carries a stick for protection in case people intend for a fight

Personality: Protective and stern this rat is choosy to the people he trusts but is loyal to the people he does trust and he has a streak of willing to protect the people he cares about. Despite his tough and mitilant overprotective attitude Splinter is deeply caring and softhearted. He is very much a father figure but does come off as "tough" once in a while. His stern mood will be downed out when someone is in need of help or advice when this happens splinter is the gentlist soul ever. He is deeply afraid of losing people close to him especially his sons and he is very dedicated to bushito and honor as well as being a very difficult and agile and speedy opponant when fighting

Power(s): He is a big pyshic. He controls, reads and looks into minds. He can look into people's memories and thoughts as well as control anything they say or do. Splinter's powers simply work on the brain and he can also predict futures from visions he gets from either sleep or meditation. When mindcontroling someone his eyes glow a blood red and the person he's controling gets blood red eyes as well showing splinter's controling him
Flaws: He can not use it for his personal gain. Which means he can't use it because somebody is pissing him off or when he feels bored or even when he just feels like it. He can only use it when either he or someone he cares about is in danger or for someone's benfit such as depression or axienty but Splinter's the kind of guy to not use his powers for himself so this is not a bad flaw
History: Splinter was once a pet of master yoshi but shredder killed the man and splinter was forced to flee. He then again had a lifechanging experience due to a truck accident and four baby turtles covered in goo were in his way. Feeling pity he put them in a coffee can getting some on himself. The goo made his body and the turtles double in size, speak english and act like humans. Splinter took this advantage and teached his new sons ninjitsu.
After many adventures he endured with his sons splinter one day had a battle with his sons. His oldest son leonardo was nearly going to get killed by a foot ninja. Fearful for his son he got in front of the man and had only a glance to stare into the man's eyes. The result? The ninja backed off but in a way that looked like he was being controled. Splinter figured out after that battle that he had mind powers and he trained himself to use them correctly. Feeling the need to continue his training by helping others he forced his sons to watch the lair while he went to Rain haven. There he met rapunzel and she agreed to making him a teacher of Zoology
Sample Post: Splinter gasped as his oldest son was cornered and getting ready to be attacked. Splinter ran to leonardo's aid and the ninja confused looked to splinter and splinter not knowing how powerful he was shouted "Keep away from my son!" The ninja looked into splinter's eyes which were now glowing red and leonardo saw this as well but splinter was too angry to focus. The ninja backed off instantly and splinter calmed down and his eyes went to brown once again. His other three sons arrived and michaelangelo asked very confused "Master Splinter? Sorry to come off mean but what did you do?" Master splinter just stared in shock and replied nervously "I--I do not know"
