Welcome to the new world of Black City, dark and creepy, there are villians everywhere, itching to get their hands on anything and everything they can to benefit themselves such as steal new things, gain world domination or get revenge. However, as creepy as it is, it has been at peace for sometime which is quite odd.
However, new villians have slowly been arising from other worlds and places, their crimes are a lot more dangerous, kidnappings, murders and high tech theft. While some of the old villians like having some new people around, there are some that are not as pleased.
Now is your chance to join the fun. You have three options.
Join the Natorious Sly Cooper gang to get your stuff back, put the bad guys in jail, make the city peaceful but also earn a name for yourself.
Become a criminal/villian and steal anything you want to rule the world and make yourself known throughout the city. The law does not bind you.
Or
Join the police force and put a stop to the thieves and villians. Make Black City a peaceful place once again.
So...which side are you on?
