Basic Appearance: Roxy is slim, with light skin, waist-length, fuchsia hair with amber tips and violet eyes. She has a green, long-sleeve top with a pink shirt over it, which has a blue paw print on the chest, knee-length denim jeans with a chain hanging off the front, also wears pink and white laced-up boots.
Fairy form: Roxy's fairy outfit consists of a light green, one-armed top that has two pale lavender straps holding it over her right shoulder with light green short shorts with a greenish-yellow belt over them with a pink heart on it and several pink ruffles hanging off of it, on her right arm is a bright green fingerless glove that reaches between her shoulder and elbow, shoes are light green boots with white heels, and she has pink socks. Her wings are edged with green and dark purple on the inside. At the edges of the wings are swirled, light pink designs. Her wings are covered with green paw prints.

Personality: Roxy is very upbeat and cheerful, caring a great deal for animals to the point of making her own secret shelter for them in the back of her father's bar. She’s also brave, and willing to help those in need. She can also get a confrontational attitude whenever she’s angry or feels threatened, sticking up for herself when others put her down. She’s prone to tears when she’s confused or scared.

History: Roxy was born to Klaus and Morgana. Since Morgana was the Queen of Tir Nan Og, queen of the earth fairies, it made Roxy the Princess of Tir Nan Og by title. When she was just a baby, her mother was attacked by wizards called the Black Circle. As much Morgana tried to fight against them, she was still captured and imprisoned, as well as all the other earth fairies. But the thing the Black Circle didn’t know was that since Roxy was just a little girl, they couldn’t sense her. Roxy grew up not knowing anything about Morgana, since The Black Circle had erase everyone close to Morgana’s memories of her. She also grew up never knowing she was a fairy or anything about the magical world.
Roxy lived with her father and her pet dog, Artù on Earth. As she got older, she had worked as a bartender/ waitress at her father’s Frutti Music Bar. She always had a care for animals. Every lost animal she have found, she had taken them in. She uses her father’s warehouse as a shelter for the animals she finds and takes care of.
One day Roxy had found a pet store, ‘Love and Pets’, while walking Artù. She looked at the small kitten for a while, when she had walked away from the window. She had soon found a website for ‘Love and Pets’, where she can adopt from. She had adopted many of the pets, under the same address but a different name every time. Then one day, she was walking Artù and another pet she had adopted from the ‘Love and Pet’ website. She came to a small boat area where she keeps the pets she adopted. As she was feeding them, she was startled by a blonde girl, and soon four more girls came running in. At first they were questioning her about why she had so many animals, when they had realized the strong energy they’d been feeling was coming from her. The five girls were on a mission to try the find the last earth fairy they were sent on after being attack by wizards known as ‘The wizards of the Black Circle’. The wizards are after the last earth fairy, to steal her powers for themselves and become the most powerful wizards. The five girls explained to Roxy that she was the Fairy of animals. Roxy did not believe them and thought they were just crazy, and she and Artù ran away from them. But she was confronted by the Black Circle. Roxy had tried to get away, but the wizards were already beginning to get her into the portal to their world. The Winx soon came to her rescue. Again Roxy didn’t believe, but as she saw the girls being beat, she knew she had to believe for them to save her. In results, gave the Winx their believix powers. But it was not enough to beat the Black Circle. Every attack they’d throw at the Black Circle, it would not do much. The Black Circle again tried to get Roxy into the portal but was stopped by a group called the ‘Specialists’, who usually helped out the Winx. The Black Circle had then decided to leave but would be back.
Roxy was told that since the Black would be back and still after her, she would have to go back with them to Alfea. But since the Black Circle had first attacked the Winx at Alfea, they thought it would be best to send her to a school call ‘Rain Heaven’, where their friend Musa and her boyfriend were currently staying. They knew she’d be safe with the two of them and Rain Haven was secluded by what they’d heard from Musa. Roxy was hesitant, since she’d be leaving her dad and Artù. And not to mention, she’d be leaving all those Winx pets. The Winx’s headmistress insisted in order to keep her safe, they would need have her leave Gardenia. As much as Roxy was hesitant and refused to leave her home, they convinced her this would keep her and her family safe. Without any other choice she packed up and left, leaving her dad and Artù behind.

“Guys I think this is the right thing to do.” Bloom said, trying to get her friends to agree. “We need to keep her safe and away from them. The wizards have no idea where Rain Haven is, and Musa and Riven can keep an eye on her.”
“What if they find out? Musa and Riven aren’t powerful enough to take the wizards on by themselves. The ten of us can hardly take them now and Musa doesn’t even have her Beleivix yet.” Flora said, still hesitant to Bloom’s plan.
“They won’t. Because after we send her there we won’t speak about it at all. We just have to act like we still have her and they’ll be none the wiser until it’s too late.” She said. “Let’s all face it, Rain Haven is the best place for her right now.” She said.
“Yeah sending her to watch Musa and Riven go gaga over each other all day is gonna protect her.” Stella said sarcastically.
“Okay first of all,” Bloom began, “You’re not one to talk. You jump Brandon every time you see him. And second, I don’t see any of you coming up with something better.”
The remaining four girls stayed silent, knowing she was right. After they had come to an agreement they decided to break the news to Roxy.
“What do you mean I have to leave Gardenia?” Roxy asked. “What about my dad? And Artù? And the rest of the animals I’m supposed to take care of? I can’t just leave them.” Roxy didn’t want to leave them behind but she couldn’t put them in danger as well.
“Roxy, we have to keep you safe from the wizards of the Black Circle. They know you exist and won’t rest until they get you. And since they already know about Alfea, you’ll be safe at Rain Haven. Another highly trustworthy Winx member and specialist reside there and they will keep you safe should any danger arrive.” Bloom said, trying to talk some sense into her new friend. “I know this is already too much to take in, but if those wizards get to you, they’ll steal your powers and become very powerful. Our only hope is to send you there. You will learn how to use your powers and how to control them. We’ve spoken with eachother, and Ms. Faragonda about this and we all agree this is the right thing to do.”
“But-“ Roxy began but was caught off.
“Roxy it’s going to be okay. We’re all here for you.” Bloom said. Roxy sighed.
“But I don’t want to leave without knowing if my dad and Artù will be safe.”
“I assure you they both will be alright. Right now, we need to send you to Rain Haven as soon as possible, before the wizards attack again. We’ve already notified Musa that you’re coming.”
After much convincing Roxy finally agreed. She and the Winx broke the news to her father and she packed her things, leaving for her new life at Rain Haven.
