Basic Appearance: Ursula has pink hair that is tied into very curly pigtails, tied with purple ribbon. Her main outfit that she wears is a black shirt, a black chocker around her neck, and a red wavy and layered skirt. She also has fairy wings that seemed to be made out of silk and ice.

Personality: (include, after discovering their powers,finding a place for kids people like them to belong) Like any fairy, Ursula is a trickster at heart, nothing goes without a price, make a deal with her you are bound to owe her something in return. She is tricky and mean, no person should be caught dead in her path. Most of hte time she is concided and selfish, a true queen bee. She has a heart made of ice and will show no mercy to anyone that tries to outshine her.

History: Ursula was the daughter of the famous Queen Mab, fairy of dreams. However, as time in the fairy world grew on, the queen feared for her daughter, and sent her to the normal world. Ursula grew up hating it, missing her old life being treated like royalty. At the age of 13, she discovered her wings and magic.
No one could explain the illusions that hse could make. Of course thats' to say that things didn't become interesting when she discovered Rain Haven on her own. She soon went to Mystik High and has been there ever sense.
She hates students that can outshine her, which is why when Wilbur Robinson came to town, she automatically despised him.

Ursula smirked as she walked through the halls, the other students slowly backing out of her way as she walked. The glamour she cast was deadly and beautiful at the same time.
This was her place, her domain, at least until she could return home.
Simple fools, don't know who I am!' she thought with a smirk.
A young girl giggled and ran right into her. Ursula shriked in anger and flexed her fingers trying not to do anything too harmful, as the girl stood up, ice formed below her feet, causing her to slip.
A smirk and a flip of her hair over the shoulder, Ursula made her way back towards the classrooms, no one could ever match her. As if anyone could try
