Basic Appearance: Kimiko is a short, thin Japanese girl. She uses different clothes and hairstyles every day, but her signature hairstyle is her black hair, higlighted in blue, tied into two pigtails. She has bright blue eyes, rosy cheeks and red lips.

Personality: Despite being a docile and rational person most of the time, befitting her element, Kimiko posesses a fiery temper, often letting her pride and anger blur her better judgment, Kimiko sometimes takes unnecessary risks in order to prove herself. Kimiko is a kind and sweet girl, however, she gets furious easily. She never gives up very easily and is very brave. However, since coming to this place she is more reserved tha before, for fear of being taunted and harassed like she was back home.

Power(s): Pyrokinesis (It isn't limited to fire. She can also change the temperature of somebody/some place and make it warmer), Spell Casting
Flaws: If she gets angry she loses control of her powers and will usualy set someone/something nearby on fire. Also when it comes to warming up temperature/things/people, it often goes out of control and overheat or sets on fire. Her spells are also known to go awry
History:
Kimiko's mother was a witch, and fell in love with her father. Soon after childbirth she died, leaving no knowlede to Kimiko or Toshiro that she was ever a witch.
Fast forward 16 years and Kimiko's powers remained dormant for most of her life do to her father being mortal. However, when she turned 16 they began to show. Fires would start, and they wouldn't stop. Se had to transter schools many times, but every time some unexplainable fire happened, destroying everything. People began to point fingers at Kimiko, and she tried to defend herself but it was no use. Her own father was starting to beleive them. Feeling alone and sad one day she went up to the basement to be alone, only to find a journal of her mothers, explaining everything.
After that, Kimiko realised that they were all right she did start the fires. Kimiko began to become afraid of herself and the power she held. She didn't want to hurt anybody else, and left home. She quickly heard of a magical place called Rain Haven where people were just like her, and wasted no time in joining.

Kimiko sat in th dark, dusty basement, knees pulled up to her chest and her head burried in her hands. They never stopped whispering about her. "There goes the criminal", "She belongs in Juvie" and "Careful! She might set you on fire if you look at her the wrong way!" were among the things they said. She put up a brave face, but at the end of the day she was only a human. The things tey said got to her, and she didn't know if she could hide it anymore. Before she could wallow in self-pity any further, a bright blow erupted from an old box. She raised her head and stood up. Just when I thought this day couldn't get any weirder she thought wryly. "\She walked towards the box and pulled out a rather large book. She opened it to the front page and a letter fell out. She picked it up, and read over it. The first words on the page almost made her choke on air.
My dearest Kimiko,
I don't know how old you'll be when you read this, a spell was cast upon it so that it would find you when you are ready. Inside of it are many different spells and incantations I have used over the years, and I want you to have it. I know up until now you had no idea, but you are a witch my dear. Sadly, I cannot be with you throughout your journey to becoming a great witch. I fear my time is upon me. Just know that I love you very much, and I have faith that you will be a great and powerful Witch one day. I know you can do it.

By now the asian girl was close to tears. Her head was reeling at the revalation of being a witch. But it all seemed to make sense now. The unexplainable fires, her being an outcast, everything. With this knowledge she couldn't help but wonder if she could make her situation any better. It didn't seem plausable, but she knew that she couldn't stay here. She was obviously too dangerous. Everybody already gave her wierd looks all the time. Being a witch would only intensify their hatred. She had to leve, or risk being ridiculed even more, or ruining her papa's reputation with the revalation that his wife and daughter were "freaks". Or worse yet, hurting more people than she already had.
