Basic Appearance: Tan skin, large, light brown eyes, and innocent baby face, and dark brown hair either braided or held in pigtails, and usually wears a purple skirt and a white shirt that shows her stomach.

Personality: Pretty Type-A. In other words she likes to follow the rules and be good, but she DOES like to have fun, but doesn't like to break rules while doing it. She is also really practical and strict. Mowgli helped her loosen up after their adventure in the jungle, and she became not so high strung and strict. However, without hm here she is quickly reverting back to her timid, rule following self.

Power(s): Basic Whitelighter powers which are: Healing, Orbing (it's like teleporting), Glamouring, sensing their charges, light manipulation, and shapeshifting themselves and others.
Flaws: Her powers are triggered by emotion so when she gets scared she orbs without meaning to, she hasn't mastered shapeshifting or glamouring, and her biggest flaw is her refusal to accept her powers.
History: Kimiko was born long into the past, in india. When she was 14 her siblings were playing by the river, despite her protests. The current became to strong, and the two youngest were swept away. In an effort to save them, Shanti jumped in and brought them to safety. However, it came with a price. She lost her own life. Still, because she was a good person in life, and dies saving someone she cared about a higher power gave her a second chance, turning her into a whitelighter, or a gaurdian anger. But because of her refusal to want to be one, she had difficulty mastering her powers. Seeing this, they sent her to Rain Haven in hopes that she could accept herself and master her powers.

The young girl shreiked in surprise and shock, dissapearing in blue and white swirling lights, and landing with a thud on the ground when she reappeared. Laughter erupted from every one of the students in the hall. Shanti's cheeks turned pink in emberassment as she tried not to show them all how much it had effected her. She looked up to the face of her tormenter. Her red eyes glinting in sheer amusement. Ursula could never leave her alone. Without another look at the pink haired grl seh quickly gathered her spilled books and rushed down the hall.
"Stupid Powers." She muttered, trying hard not to look as pitifully sad as she really was.
