She'll also wear a white coat, pink tie, dark long sleeved shirt, and bright green pants at times.

Personality: (include, after discovering their powers,finding a place for kids people like them to belong) Originally, Claire was a smart girl who was rather sweet and brave, though her views of what was right and justice can often make her think wrongly of others. Being teased constantly has also made her a bit snappy.
Once she discovered her powers, her headaches began to make her uncomfortable around others, even though she does her best to hide it.

History:
The young woman was born in London and grew up there, aspiring to find out the wonders of the world to become a scientist. So she was a gal who would try to be the best student throughout school years, her time usually being focused on studying. She was often teased, being called four-eyes and such, but she did her best to ignore it.
Until college years. Who did she meet? Hershel Layton. The two met up in a class, and it was to be a branching love. Now, Dimitri Allen and Don Paolo had secretly loved her, so she never knew about their love and stayed with Hershel. The scientist and the professor.
Claire had become a scientist, and on the day Layton became a professor she had a project to go to. Time travel. She gave him a hat, telling him not to take it off, and left.
That's when life changed. The experiment failed, which had almost costed Claire her life. Almost. The time machine didn't send her to the future, and she was rushed to the hospital. It took her a long time to recover, but with Layton at her side, she made it. For a celebration of this, making up for Hershel becoming a professor, the two had dinner, where he proposed to her and the two wed.
It wasn't until a year or two later when Claire realized that she had the power of age reversal, thanks to the time accident. She soon noticed that she had headaches after odd dreams. She was looking and wandering into the future at random times.
Of course she never told Hershel about it, but once she had found out about Rain Haven, she went there.

"Science with Mrs. Layton." Claire murmurred as she looked at the board. She had already gone into the future. One student was hiding in the bathroom to get out of classes was what she found out, getting a headache and having to run to the restroom. Now she was back. How long until that would happen? A year, month, week? Claire had no idea.
All she knew now was that she had a headache and kids would be rushing in. That was going to be horrible to deal with teenagers and a headache. But she'd have to deal with it anyways.
